From the accuracy of the estimate, to the quality and timing of the work to be done and they addressed any concerns I may have had along the way throughout the projects. I wanted to let you know what a good experience we had using one of your recommended contractors on a commercial job. We hired LCS Landmark Construction Service for two separate projects at our facility. Employee Restrooms (X2) and a Employees Break room and Kitchen. They did a first class job. From the estimation stage all the way through the remodel. The were transparent in everything providing an Itemized quote. Even when I threw add-ons at them during the job they were more than fair with the cost and gave written itemized add-on cost. The workmanship was even better than expected. I would recommend LCS Landmark Construction Services to anyone needing a ” turnkey ” Contractor.
